  • USA - 5-7 business days via USPS after order processing 

  • International - 7-16 business days after order processing

  • Order Processing - 1-4 business days  - Avg. 2 business days 

Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.


    We are happy to accept returns & exchanges within 60 days of purchase. All items must be unworn and in original condition with tags. Please see our returns policy here.


      • Orders may be split if certain items are delayed due to availability or backlogs so as to minimize inconvenience.

      • Some orders may be split into more than one package (at no extra charge) depending on size/content.

      • Split orders may arrive on different days within the shipping time frame.


      • We source and produce our products from all over the world.

      International Duty, Taxes and Cash on Delivery Items 

      • Orders shipped outside of the United States may incur fees.
      • Import taxes, customs, duties, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost as they are payable to your local government.
      • Most countries impose local sales tax, fees or duty on international imports
      • You are responsible for paying for these charges upon delivery
      • Deliveries refused due to customs charges will not be refunded 
      • These guidelines are subject to change by their respective countries
      • Global Eyecon is not responsible for any duty, taxes or amounts owing upon delivery.

      • Any parcels with outstanding duty returned to us shall be considered abandoned and will NOT be reimbursed.

      Incorrectly Addressed Packages

      Global Eyecon is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete undeliverable addresses.  Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order.
