How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style/size on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

I am so excited to receive my order!  How do I check my order status?

Just enter your order information on the Track My Order page to track your order status.

I have changed my mind can I cancel or change my order?

When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.

Please note not all requests can be accommodated as we work on your orders as soon as possible. 

After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.

To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color then specify the item you would  like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!

I have placed my order, but I have not received my tracking number info yet?

We will send you your tracking information as soon as it becomes available, this happens automatically and will continue to automatically update you as your order progresses.

First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts.

Are Global Eyecon products sold at any other retailers?

What type of fit do your clothes have?

Our clothing has a slim fit to ensure you get the best fit for your body.  When deciding on size at Global Eyecon it is always best to go up in size rather than down as our sizes have a real fit. See our size guide.




When can expect to receive my package?

Every single item will be processed max 48h after you order. After your order is processed it will take 7-14 business days to arrive.

Please note: Some of our items in our catalog are so popular that the shipping times may take longer than the estimates above.

Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.

Can I track my order?

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

I never received my package what should I do?

If your item has not arrived within 45 days, contact customer service through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!

International buyers!  Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

What is your return & refund policy?


We will always do everything within our power to make sure you are happy with your purchase. 

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags.
